At Ever After Wedding Venue, we include an extensive list of services to help make your special day perfect. We are fully staffed. We help set up and take care of all the cleaning. We have no capacity limit but we only provide tables and chairs for up to 150 people, you will be responsible for providing any additional tables or chairs. We direct and organize parking while guests are entering. Our barn is handicap accessible. We are pet friendly but please clean up after them. Public restrooms and baby changing stations are on site. We have a beautiful bridal suite for the bride and her bridal party to get ready in. Our barn is fully decorated with the exception of center pieces but all your personal touches are always welcome. We also include a party bus ride from the ceremony site to the back of the property for the intimate photo shoot.
Saturday weddings are available from 9 a.m. & 10 p.m. Rehearsal and set up/decorating will occur between the hours of 3 p.m. & 6 p.m. the Friday night before the schedule event. Sunday weddings are held between the hours of 9 a.m. & 6 p.m. set up/ decorating must occur the morning of schedule event. Rehearsal shall be held Monday through Thursday on the week prior to the event.
Our rates for 2025 weddings will be $5,000. This includes everything mentioned. We require a deposit to save your date and can do a payment aramgnent from there.
We require the couple to pick up 2 million dollar event liability insurance for the day of the event. Visit https://www.theeventhelper.com/ for recommended event insruance. Make sure to include host liquor while purchasing insurance. Our location does not require a Bartender we are BYOB. Feel Free to message us with any additional questions!
